Participating in international events

Participating in an international event requires a series of important steps to prevent from being conditioned by simple formalities, easily manageable, if dealt with in time.

Participation in FIN Business Network events can, in many cases, involve applying for visa with the authorities of the country where the event takes place, so it is very important to take into account all the conditions inherent to travelling to that country.

Ideally, the visa process should be started at least 8 to 6 weeks before the date of travel so that the participant can, first of all, make sure that he/she has all the necessary documents to submit the visa application.

The FIN Business Network issues invitation letters to all registered participants at FIN events.

For participants exempt from visa, it is also important that, during this period, the necessary steps regarding travel and accommodation are made, and that transport to the venue/hotel is assured.
