Pedro Ramos

Pedro holds a PhD in Business Economics, a master’s degree in Sociology of Employment and a degree in Educational Sciences.

He is currently CEO of KEEPTALENT Portugal, having, in the last 30 years, held positions as Executive Director and Human Resources Director in large companies. He is a University Professor in the areas of HR Management and Leadership and an international speaker in the areas of Leadership and People Management with multiple interventions in Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Spain and Mexico.

He was President of the Portuguese Association of People Management (APG), Member of the Strategic Council of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources (ABRH Brasil) and is Vice-President of Lusofonia Digital. He is also the author of several works on Leadership and People Management.

Throughout his career, he has received several awards and distinctions of excellence for his functions as People Manager. He recently received the CARREIRA RH Award for more than 27 years of top management as a HRD, as well as the recognition as the "Lusophony People Management Personality 2021", among several other individual and collective awards for Excellence in HR for his intervention as a Leader and People Manager.
